  • Restaurant delivery service: available for Kernersville N.C. Choose from several different area restaurants. CiCi's Pizza, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Cookout, The Grill, Elizabeth's, Jerry's Diner, Kimono Japanese restaurant, East Coast Wings, Waffle House, Denny's, Palenque Mexican Grill, China Rose, and many more.

SERVICE FEES

Concierge service fees are designed to provide an option that meets the need of everyone. Whether 
you need concierge assistance once or twice a year or multiple hours each month there is a concierge 
service fee to meet your needs.

Please review the options provided below and select the concierge service best suited to you.

All services offered 24 hours a day and are charged in 1 hour increments, including trip travel time within Forsyth County and other surrounding counties. Please ask for a  quote on mileage outside of this area.


Occasional Concierge Assistance
The occasional concierge user, requires 2 business days notice. Contact Journey Concierge for an estimate. Provide a full description of the errand or service you require. 
  • à la carte: $25.00 per hour


Standard Membership
Purchase a pre-scheduled package of 4 to 8 hours any time you need to.
  • Schedule 4 hours, receive a 10% discount.
  • Schedule 5-8 hours, receive a 15% discount.
Standard membership is offered to provide the client a means to use Journey Concierge on an irregular basis without incurring the full a la carte rate. Standard services may only be used in blocks of 2 hours. The client that finds themselves scheduling on a more frequent basis is advised to consider purchasing our Premium Membership.

Standard membership hours must be used within 30 days from the date of first service. DO NOT over estimate or buy hours in excess of what you will use in a single month. Excess hours WILL NOT be carried forward to the next month. Excess hours WILL NOT be refunded.


Premium Membership
Special pricing goes out to clients who are in the most need of our services.
